Formit/Recaptcha contact form code check

Hi All,

I've attached my code to this post for review... I have the latest version of formit, and would like my contact form to redirect to a "thank you" page, require the name, phone, comment/question, and validate all of that (and the recaptcha) prior to sending an email. I have setup the public/private keys in the system settings and put the following code in my contact page. Right now, the form is not redirecting to the "thank you" page, not requiring the fields I'd like, just refreshing the contact form page/recaptcha on submit. Can someone look at my code/correct it so it will do the things I mentioned in the first sentence of this post?
