    Hello,

Attached is a detailed brief for a web design project. Please provide a quote if interested.

The project is to create a dynamic CMS website for a not for profit organisation. Being a not for profit, the budget is relatively tight on this one.

I have been an Evo fan for a number of years, but with evo vs revo and now talk of modx3 I am getting a little nervous about future upgrade paths and making sure that the CMS I use for clients is still relevant in a couple of years. So for this project, please advise the CMS / version you would use for the job, regardless of brand.

The project is ready for immediate start to the successful applicant.

    Many thanks.

    • nickf08 just as a note, three will be a direct upgrade path from Revo to MODX 3 whatever that looks like.

If you are trying to keep costs down why are you coding and testing for IE6? Unless your target audience includes China.

          OK Thanks Jay Gilmore.

Some government departments locally still use IE6 so we still need to support. Go figure.
IE6 is easy to target with conditional comments, and not time consuming to do so, so for mine it's a non issue. Thanks for the advice.

            Thanks for the advice.
Wasn't really intended as advice - you appear to know what you are doing, hence I was interested in why you were doing it.

I know it wasn't advice. It was a nice way of saying thanks for your 2 cents.
