Problems moving to another modx server#

Dear all

I am trying to move our old modx to another new modx hosting

But I found two problems, see if anyone can help:

1) Our old modx tables all have pre-fix "modx_" but the new hosting have not. How can I transfer the database then
2) The database name is also different. My old one is called "modx". The new one is called "modx_a" . Will this create any problem ?

Once you have migrated run the setup again and change the prefix etc.

If that doesn't help you can physically change the database settings in the main config file under core/config/config.inc.php. After that you will want to clear the cache completely.
