    Hello everyone,

I asked this question already in the MCPuk sub category but noone seems to have a solutions after a few weeks. So i'm hoping that someone over here can help me out cause i'm really stuck at the moment, and i can't find any solutions through google nor the modx forums.

So here's the deal, every time i wan't to insert an image to the resource nothing happens at all. Not even a notification or error, simply said it seems that there's no respons given by modx.

To explain my problem even better i made a little video, maybe that clears things up!

    Have a look here: http://www.haarschool.nl/video/
I hope that you guys can help me out with this problem, i have no idea what it is with this plugin.

    Thanks in advance,

    Nick

EDIT: Its Modx Evolution 1.0.5, i also tried reinstalling the editor but that doesnt seem to work either.

I found these problems in the error console:

http://www.haarschool.nl/assets/plugins/tinymce3211jscripts/tiny_mce/tiny_mce_popup.jsFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

http://www.haarschool.nl/assets/plugins/tinymce3211tinymce.modxfb.jsFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

So there should be an "/" between tinymce3211 and jscripts, but how do i get it there?

I can't help, sorry. But this will bump it.

    Did it ever work?

    What version are you running?

Looks like a javascript error. What does your browser's error console have to say?

You might want to re-install the manager, at least the /manager/media/browser/ folder, as well as the assets/plugins/tinymce folder.

Not specifying which version of MODx you're using can lead to nobody responding, as different version will have their own likelihood of the problem. I could tell from the video that it's Evo, though.

Hm. That is odd. What version of MODx are you using, and what is the version of the tinymce plugin?

Check both the version of TinyMCE in the plugins (Elements->Manage Elements and the Plugins tab) and the changelog.txt file in the assets/plugins/tinymce folder. They should be the same.

The version of modx is v 1.0.5 and tinymce is at version 3.2.1.1, i had the latest version of tinymce installed but this had the same problem so thats when i decided downgrading. However i dont have an tinymce folder in assets/plugins, i do have a tinymce3211 folder in there.

I see. Yes, older versions of TinyMCE did have the version number in the folder name.

All I can suggest is to upgrade http://modx.com/extras/package/tinymce-evo

Somewhere in a configuration a path is missing a trailing slash, but it should be in the tinymce itself. To be honest, in six years of working with Evo, new installations and upgrades as well as upgrading TinyMCE I've never seen this problem.

Looking at my installation, I've installed the ckfinder plugin to replace the default fckbrowser.
