    Hi,

Since I've upgrade from Evolution 2.0 to 2.1, my website become blank several times by days. When I empty the cache from the manager (site > empty cache) the website is working again for a few hours. I've upgrade to Evolution 2.2, but it's the same. All the packages are up to date.

Do you have any idea ?

Thanks for your answers. There is nothing in the Error Log that help.

The problem is that it works then the problem comes. I cannot define what is the source. I looked in the provider's web log, but I see no logical connection between the pages visited just before the problem comes, except that search engines and RSS are trying to access the pages from my old site (I redirect my domain name to the new server and and I terminated the first), but the problem does not occur automatically just after the connection to these pages.

What I could give you such information? Is what you might advise me to do testing ?
    Thanks for your help.

I have more information. When the site is blank, I modify the type of content of a document to an other than html (for exemple text) and modify back to html, the site start working again.

    Hi,

I have the same problem with OVH, sometimes my website gets blank or sometimes it is the manager that gets blank.
In this case I need to empty the "cache" folder from my FTP client to fix the issue.

    I'm using modx 2.1.3-pl.

I was never able to find errors in the error.log.

Do you have an idea ?

    Tom

    Hi th0m62,

In fact, even after Mysql was updated, sometimes my site was blank again but since I've uninstall the plugin Mobile Detection, all is working fine. I've never had the problem of blank page with manager.

Have you seen this post http://forums.modx.com/thread/72577/getting-blank-pages-after-database-caching-turned-on?page=3#dis-post-409905 ?
