Chinese text will go ???#

I have a multilanguage website, when i paste text into the TinyMCE contentfield and save it, the text becomes .

How can I fix this?

Okee found the problem, db was not uft-8

steps i took:
- clear cache and log out manager
- backup db (or copy whole site to other server like i did)
- change cdc.php db passwords
- goto domain.com/cdc.php file and copy the sql text u see
- paste sql in phpmyadmin
- done

then dont forget to reset the path in config if u uploaded the db from the other server.
