    The new MODX Community Forums use Gravatar (Globally Recognized Avatar) that you can create and manage for a multitude of websites from a single location.

    I am personally a fan of real pics of folks but feel free to be creative but don't be boring and leave it as default. All that is required for it to work is you have a Gravatar account and then to associate the email address you use with your MODX Account with it.

    @fourroses666 could you elaborate on "doesn't look that good on IE8". Perhaps a screenshot? Also we've just pushed some recent changes to the design/markup.

    IE is a pain in the ass, i know all about it, getting pissed only by thinking about it. It took me days to get many builded websites the way they do on good browsers like FF Safari or Chrome.
    Different IE versions and different windows versions it's crazy, positions, paddings and marges...

    (I think it's a closing </div> too much or less which gives the bad looks)

    Also the tiny mce icons are over 100% and doesn't look that great.

    This looks better:
    a.format_buttons img {height: 10px; padding: 3px; width: 10px;}

    * I have IE8 with Win7
