Doesnt show scandinavian letters#

I have made a modxcms website but it doesnt show scandinavian letters in the "Titles" but on rest of the website it works just fine.

Hope somebody can help me.

I think that you will need to either encode the titles manually or use a snippet to do it in real time (you could also use PHx but seems a bit extreme for only the titles).

Isnt weird it aint encoded?

Im no php/sql expert but you dont know where i can change it, so its get encoded?

Have you check if your documents are saved as UTF-8 ?
