Salam, There wont be any issues to save multibyte letters under the UTF-8 collation/charset config of a database.
BTW its Farsi but not Pharsi

was worried about getting stuck with unreadable characters in the event of database restore.
Off I go to change their names!

Just check the tables collations if you ever faced any character mismatch in your UTF-8 made charset, connection collation & collation of a database.
