Does Andreas 00 Template have a popout navigation option?#

I am using the template Andreas 00 and I was wondering if there was an option for pop out navigation in the menu.

You can style the navigation menu as you wish with css and if needed with javascript.

There isn't a dropdown/flyout menu included by default, however one can be added if you care to integrate requisite code

I am a noobnie and not sure what the code is to turn it into a flyout navigation. Can someone help me with the code?
