Revo Package Management - Front end template feature - how to?#

After looking at (and downloading some packages) with the new package manager in Revo - I see a front end templates section - WONDERFUL - anyone know of a step by step guide to making some designs I have available downloadable with this feature. A really basic walkthrough would be ideal for this designer with a minimal knowledge of php.
