'site name' does not refresh#

I have 2.1.1 (Traditional) installed on XAMPP Lite for Windows 1.7.3 on Vista. I've made at least 10 sites with Revo's previous versions. In this one though, for some reason, the displayed site name does not refresh. I change it in System Settings, then clear the cache, click Home or just refresh the Manager page and nothing happens. The system setting is fine, it shows the desired value. Still, the Manager seems to be stuck with the old one. Has anyone encountered this before?
