Anyone else noticed this problem. Well I say problem but it's actually an irritation. If I expand the site tree and then update a document, when I save the document the site tree collapses again and I'm sure I didn't have this "problem" in 0.9.6.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. Did you manage to fix this problem and if so, could you please tell me how.

    Thank you

A client did also tell me this happens, but we don't see the problem.

What browser do you guys have the problems in? My client uses Internet Explorer 8 which has the same problem! I use Safari 4 myself, but that doesn't have the problem!

I have this problem as well. MODx 1.0.2 now, but it's happened in every version of Evolution I've used in the past few months. It occurs in both Safari 4 and Chrome 4—both running on OS X 10.5—whenever I save a resource (new or edited), or if I use the "Refresh" button above the site tree. What's expanded and what's collapsed after either of these actions appears consistent for a period of time—I wonder if it's some sort of AJAX caching issue.

Anyone else seeing this? It's bloody annoying for me—I can't imagine the grief I'll get after I hand over my first few MODx sites to someone else to maintain.

Do you actually click in the "+" signs?

I use to have this behavior if I just clicked or double clicked
in the documents, and the tree would collapse when I hit "save"
after editing a doc or resource.

Now, I open the tree clicking at the "+" and it stays open all the time...
hope this helps (maybe you are having a diff problem)...
