Only main ADMIN can change Content Type and Content Disposition?#

Is it a correct statement to say that ONLY the main admin for a site can change the Content Type and Content Disposition under Page Settings for a resource?

I've created an additional role for my content admin and I can't see any way to have them be able to manipulate the Content Type and Content Disposition Page Settings. The settings just don't show up on their Page Settings page despite having privileges to all the Content Management functions available in the Create / Edit Role screen.

The ManagerManager 0.3.4 plugin lets you change default settings for some Resource/Document values based on template, which is exactly what I need, but sadly it does not offer access the Content Type and Content Disposition fields.

Any thoughts?

I needed to let a client view this too (without being an Admin), looks like it's planned to remove the hiding in future but you can take out the code that hides it in the file: manager/actions/mutate_content.dynamic.php starting from about line 841
