What is the setting to keep the QM bar showing at all times? Kind of annoying. Do I just need to adjust the "display" in the CSS, or is it a parameter?

You can adjust the CSS as a quick fix, though please open an Improvement request in JIRA, and we'll make it a bit more configurable.
