sortableCheckbox input filter (Revo)

Just made a screencast as preview for a custom input filter with which you can order any multiple options TV per resource (great with @SELECT binding):

So, here we go. It is a bit difficult to pack input filters with Packman, but I think it should work now.

Install attached package via package management (copy the file to core/packages, go to package management and select local install).

Once installed you should see an option for "checkboxSortable" as input filter.
