    [REALLY FREAKING MAJOR REVISION]

Implemented MAJOR changes to the UI of the manager.
    - Moved manager interface to no frames with a content iframe (id="modx_content")
    - Implemented Ext

NOTE: This does not work completely yet. Sorting documents via the tree does nothing yet, nor does using the checkboxes for deleting or publishing.
This has also not been tested on anything but FF 2.0.
This is primarily for a demonstration of the future of the MODx manager.

I think Ryan was trying to foreshadow something with that discussion of Ext in the Mootools/Jquery discussion thread. Implementation of Ext is going to be so cool. Keep up the great work team!

You guys should definitely have something special planned for Rev. 3000 :-D

    Woot !

Where did you get this ?
Doesn't seem to be in public SVN, guess it's splittingred's branch... it sure makes me warm and fuzzy too
(I checked this was not the 1st of April, but as it's not I guess it's real )

It's currently accessible via Jason's branch - which, I may be wrong, is currently restricted to MODx team members. (SVN Commit messages can be viewed on the MODx Trac site though)

But, I'd like to say one thing after quickly checking it out - it rocks! Some issues with Safari (isn't there always) but it gave me that warm, tingly feeling as well.

You are correct, right now this is in a private branch for internal team testing.

Yeah, I just check the Trac sometimes to get hints at what is going on, and got really excited when I saw this. I can't wait to see this in action when it gets ironed out. Any chance in seeing a screenshot? (FYI there are pigs flying outside my window, just in case that helps)

There's lots of changes and updates going on for probably the next few days so nothing yet. It's cool though indeed. We're honestly breaking ground in areas I thought we wouldn't hit for 2-3 more releases.

No screenshots yet. I'd say we're about 5-10% of the way to integration. After all, it only works in FF right now.

But I promise, we're working hard to get it done. You'll really like where it's going.

It's great to have someone take the ball and go forward with this... curious there : is it built on the 0.9.7 codebase and smarty powered admin ?
