[resolved 1.0pre1] - New RC corrupt#

The new RC canidate zip file (moxie.zip) seems to be corrupt. Whenver Windows XP, WinZip, or Stuffit tries to expand the file on a windows machine, the software either claims that the file is corrupt or expands the file with errors. For example, in one extraction the php files extracted ok but all the images had serious defects.
